Common Questions

How do I delete my account?
Open the App, go to the You tab, then Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. You can also email us at support@lyph.app to request deletion.
What data does Lyph track?
Lyph tracks workouts, nutrition (meals and macros), mood, habits, goals, focus sessions, steps (via Apple Health), and guided reflections. Everything combines into a daily score to help you see your progress.
How do I connect Apple Health?
Go to the You tab > Integrations > Apple Health. You'll be prompted to authorize specific data categories (steps, active energy, workouts). You can change these permissions anytime in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted and stored with row-level security, meaning no one else can access it. We don't sell your data, use it for ads, or share it with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How does the AI coach work?
The AI coach uses your tracked data (workouts, nutrition, mood, habits, goals) to provide personalized insights and suggestions. It's powered by OpenAI's API. Your data is not used to train AI models. The coach is limited to 50 messages per day. AI advice is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional guidance.
Is Lyph free?
Yes. Lyph is completely free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
What iOS version do I need?
Lyph requires iOS 16.0 or later.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email us at support@lyph.app with a screenshot and description of what happened. Include your device model and iOS version. You can also submit a bug report from within the App (You tab > Support). We fix issues quickly.
Can I use Lyph offline?
Yes. Lyph caches your data locally so you can log workouts, meals, moods, and habits offline. Your data syncs automatically when you reconnect.
